Returns

We want you to love your CENAIRE frames. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging.

How to Return

Contact us at hello@cenaireworld.com to initiate a return. We will provide you with a return address and further instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We replace items that are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us at hello@cenaireworld.com.
