Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The item must be in resellable condition

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may be refused if:

  • The product shows signs of wear
  • The product is damaged by misuse
  • Original packaging is missing

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.
