Article 1 – General

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements via cenaireworld.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Article 2 – Offers and prices

All prices on our website are in euros and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and the range of products. Obvious errors in pricing do not bind us.

Article 3 – Order and agreement

An agreement is concluded at the moment you receive a confirmation email after placing your order. We reserve the right to refuse an order or request additional information.

Article 4 – Payment

Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on our website. In case of non-payment we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Article 5 – Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within the delivery times stated on the website. Delivery times are indicative. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order without giving reasons within 14 days of receiving the product. You must notify us via hello@cenaireworld.com. The cost of return shipping is at your own expense unless otherwise stated.

Article 7 – Returns and refunds

Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. After receipt and inspection of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method.

Article 8 – Warranty

CENAIRE guarantees the quality of its products. In case of defects due to material or manufacturing faults we will repair, replace or refund the product. Normal wear and damage caused by improper use are excluded from the warranty.

Article 9 – Liability

CENAIRE is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit. Our liability is at all times limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.

Article 10 – Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found on our website. We never sell your data to third parties.

Article 11 – Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Article 12 – Changes

CENAIRE reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The most current version is always available on our website.
